Riding 1 adult 2 kids

this will be the first trip where 2 out of our 3 kids will be 40"
Obviously we will be using rider swap for these rides as 1 parent will need to stay with the baby.
Is there any rides where only having 1 adult is going to be an issue?
Where we can't ride 3 across, can DD6 sit in a row alone (or with another guest)?

Barnstormer as well. If your 2 are on the small side you can ride 3 on TSMM - I squeezed in between our 2 5 year olds.

I bet if you look around you there will be a family with the opposite - 2 adults and 1 kid - that's what our family is. I'd be more than happy to ride with someone's child in that case, although I know not every parent would be comfortable with that.
