Hello. I purchased a 90 day subscription to Ridemax last night. I thought there was an error in the purchase (it said something about it being invalid) but I just checked with my credit card company and Ridemax charged my card. I've gotten no emails and cannot log on. Last night I wrote emails to ridemax using the feedback at ridemax dot com and support at ridemax dot com and on the ridemax facebook page. I have received no response. I'll be at Disneyworld in less than 24 hours and I'd really like to use the service I purchased. But I cannot make contact with Ridemax. Anyone have an idea?

IMO you don't need ridemax, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company (if Ridemax has not met their obligation to you) and move on. I've never used Ridemax, I prefer to use tips from the Dis. :)
 
I love RideMax. I used it for our first trip to WDW last summer, and it worked great. We never waited for more than 10 minutes in any line.

Are you using a Mac? I've heard it has problems with the Mac.
