Ride Photos: which attractions & $$

Hi I was just wondering which attractions have the ride photos on them for all four of the parks.

Does anyone know the prices off-hand?
Which ones and the best ones to get?
And has anyone heard of a $4.00 Off coupon you get for TOT if you purchase the RnRc?

There are a couple places in Each park. The ones I can remember are

MK
Buzz lightyear, Splash Mountain,

MGM
RnR, ToT

Epcot
Test Track

AK
Dinosaur

I think they run about $16 for the first and slightly discounted if you purchase more then one copy of each.

I have recieved a discount ticket between the 2 MGM rides but it doesn't always happen.

I'm a photo junkie and will buy just about any ride photo. Don't waste your $ on test track. They take it right before the doors open and it's a very dark photo.
