Ride Closures this July?

Can anyone tell me where to find information about what (if any) rides will be closed this July? I'd like to be able to prepare my kids if their favorites are going to be down.

Also, what is the best way to order the Photopass Plus, and when should I order it?

Too early to tell what rides will be closed, but since it is summer and the 60th anniversary, you can bet on nearly every ride being open... except for temporary issues no one can predict

As the PP said, it's way to early to know what will be closed in July, but given the 60th anniversary celebration, it's unlikely that there will be wide spread planned closures. You can monitor the wdwinfo list for the latest information (they transcribe the information from the Disneyland Refurb hotline):

In terms of PhotoPass+, you have to order it at least 14-days in advance of when you arrive (so they have time to ship the packed to you) if you want the discount. I don't think it really matters if you order it way before that point or not. I don't think there is any expiration date on the voucher (I don't recall seeing one), but I don't know for certain. Disney does not release much info on it's calendar until 60 days in advance (and adds more info 45 to 30 days in advance). But since it's July, you are likely to not encounter any refurbs at all, because of the 60th anniversary. Most of the stuff will be certainly finished and up and ready by May 15th, the rumored start of the anniversary. But we do know that Luigi's flying tyres will be closed almost the whole year for a remaking of a new ride ( according to current info). Either way, the crowds will be high, but everything will be open to make up for that.
