Ride check off list?

I have a teacher I work with that is looking for a Disneyland/DCA ride checkoff list for his trip this summer. Does anyone have this?

We've always just used the map- does he need something specifically with check boxes? Or could he just print the map from the DL website?

He could create one using the DLR website.
