Richard Petty Ride-Along $49

Just received a postcard in the mail today saying Ride-Alongs are
$49. Also, you can buy any driving experience at regular full price and take 50% off any additional driving experience. Offer valid November 1 - December 31, 2004. (Not available at Indianapolis, Daytona, or Talladega)

There's no offer number printed on the card so I think you can just call and ask for the specials. 1-800-BE-PETTY

I did the Ride-Along at Daytona Speedway a few years back & the cost was $99. It was an awesome experience & I'd do it again in a heartbeat. My driver got up to 170 mph & I wasn't scared at all I was having so much fun!

Spend the money and do the drive on your own. Its much more fun! My dad has done it at several tracks, and my hubby at Orlando. They have pictures, and certificates, and times for each lap which I framed for them. It makes for great conversation!

I wish I could afford more, but $49 for a ride-along sounds good! How many laps do you get with the ride along? Or is ti by time? I couldn't tell by the website.

I just called and set this up for my father. I was told that it's 3 laps at full speed and takes about 30 minutes to do start to finish. They provide a suit and take some pictures with the car (pics are separate purchase) before the ride. I know my dad would prefer to drive himself but he's no longer fit enough for that (at those speeds anyway).

The $49 ($52.19 w/tax) price is only available advance purchase (they mail you the passes) and $99 walk-up. Since we're leaving before the passes would arrive I prepaid and they emailed a special notice to the track instead. They offer ride-alongs everyday from 9am-4pm.

Anyhow, I hope this answers your questrions.
