Then your issue was different......this is specifically account related so no amount of incognito windows, clearing cookies, clearing cache, etc. will fix it. There are flags on the accounts that are preventing people from using the membership they own and pay dues on. One would think since it has to do with Member Accounting that they could clear the flags, but not so much....

I have a disgruntled email typed up and ready to send in 2 or 3 days as I doubt this gets resolved anytime soon.
Sounds a lot like a few days ago when a lot couldn't log in at all. I was one - I should check and see if I'm also part of it today I guess!
 
Now I am extremely unahappy. They have no timeline and they are blaming it on an IT glitch with the new VDH resort. Huh? I have nothing to do with the new VDH resort. I don't have a cash booking there, it's not for sale, huh?

The email I was saving for a couple of days from now may be fired off now.

Mine is also not fixed.
I did call earlier today and spoke with member accounting who said they are aware of the problem and should be fixed in a few hours. That was about 7 hours ago or so. Mine was not escalated as far as I know. Hopefully they all start coming back for everybody soon!

They said the system marked hundreds and hundreds of accounts as delinquent for dues and that is why you can't use it until they clear each account up.. The person said if you need something done today, to call Member Services and ask to be connected to Member Accounting and they will try and open your account. Otherwise, they hope to have them all fixed by late tonight!

Some time in the last hour, my account has been fixed without having to contact MS/MA in any way.
 
Did the Chat function as I was getting Rex as well and they said they did not know of any outages. I told them what was reported here and then came back and said they did find out Member Accounting had "an issue" and would need to call them directly to fix it. Of course, they closed an hour ago so guess I will be doing so in the am! Thanks all for the scoop!

I suspect, that as long as your issue is the same as ours, that it will be fixed overnight.

I was just able to modify a reservation, which I could not do this morning. I still have times when the dashboard won't load. I just clear my cache data for go.com and reload the dashboard. Frustrating, but it has worked repeatedly when it fails to load my reservations (spinning wheel of death).
