I'm getting Rex this morning when I try to modify or make a new reservation. Dues are paid. Anybody else?

Thanks. Once I got the existing reservation info screen to load but then clicking modify from there gave me Rex again. I'm hoping it is down for everybody and not some accounts getting messed up.

ETA: I noticed the dashboard has loaded for me every time this morning (previous couple of weeks it would be hit or miss). Assuming perhaps they fixed that lats night and broke something else.

Seeing on FB that not everybody is having this problem. Fun.
 

Also getting Rex but only for one of my memberships which happens to be my resale contracts. When using the search tool, it's only giving me my direct membership.
 
Just curious of the UYs that everybody has on the contracts giving the errors?
 
Aug UY is giving problems and no issues (so far) for my Feb UY
We are Oct, so there seems to be no rhyme or reason.

Member Accounting did put a note in my profile that we are allowed to book but we have to do so via Member Services. They couldn't just "unlock" the website for us. It's an IT issue -- big shock there.
 
We are a Feb UY and all Rex lol. Don't you LOVE when Disney makes "website enhancements"?
 
It is frustrating because we are at our 7 month window for our 10 year anniversary. Luckily I grabbed RIV Preferred Studio for 7 nights yesterday. We only need the last 4. I was hoping to stalk and see if we could get it switched to a Standard View.

Since this seems more widespread than I thought at first hopefully they'll actually get a fix done quickly.
 
It 's a known issue, they are working on it.

Then your issue was different......this is specifically account related so no amount of incognito windows, clearing cookies, clearing cache, etc. will fix it. There are flags on the accounts that are preventing people from using the membership they own and pay dues on. One would think since it has to do with Member Accounting that they could clear the flags, but not so much....

I have a disgruntled email typed up and ready to send in 2 or 3 days as I doubt this gets resolved anytime soon.
