Rewards program that offers free AP?

Has anyone heard of such a thing? I have come across someone who is selling an AP voucher for quite a bit less than what it is worth. It sounds fishy to me and I was trying to think of what scenarios this would be possible in? Of course the obvious, it's a scam, comes to mind!

I don't know of a rewards program that offers an AP in exchange for points/miles, but Hilton Honors offers Park Hopper passes in exchange for points. They also offer Universal tickets in exchange for points for their members.

Marriott Rewards also offers Disney park passes in exchange for Marriott Points - and at a lesser amount than Hilton. Just FYI!

You can also purchase Disney tickets through American Express rewards.. but they are not worth the amount of points you have to use.
