Rewards Card Question - Disney Visa

Does anyone know if you can put rewards from 2 accounts/credit cards on the same rewards card? My sister and her husband both have Disney Visa credit cards with different account numbers and it sure would be more convenient if she could load all the rewards on to one card instead of having to keep track of 2.

I'm almost positive the answer is no.
They can call Disney Visa Rewards Customer Service and ask for the real answer though.
