Can someone please explain the new redemption steps to me for the shopping spree?!!!

I was on the site at the right time yesterday, but cannot get the available shopping spree certificates to come up. I click on the shopping spree icon and none of the offered certificates come up. Can someone please enlighten me as to what I am doing wrong?! I have alot of points racked up and would like to get some of these cerificates they are offering once or twice a week, but can figure out how to redeem for them.

Hi Lisalynn,
I am having a hard time with these new redemptions too. Yesterday, I kept clicking on the shopping spree icon at the top and it kept bringing me to the sweepstakes g.c. not the shopping spree. Finally, I clicked on the My RTV on the top which is over your screen name in the upper left hand corner after you sign in. That screen had a shopping spree icon at the bottom and clicking on that one takes you to the right place. It took me too long to figure out so all of the $10 prizes were gone when I got there but I will try again Thursday. I hope this makes sense for you . Good luck!

I just went over to RewardTV to double check the directions I gave you and when you go to the "My RTV" page, I think it was the icon for gift certificates that I clicked to finaly get to the shopping spree page. It is the round picture at the bottom. Right now it takes you to the sweepstakes gift cert. but yesterday during the actual shopping spree time it took me to a different page to order those gift cert. they were offering for the shopping spree. Sorry to be so confusing. It was very fast paced when I was trying it yesterday so I can't remember what the exact button on the "My RTV" page said.
