I am currently buying through them right now, So far, process has been fine, No complaints.

Because it sounds like she works by herself, the day I submitted the offer, it did take her a few hours to respond, and she had to follow up with seller next day because they didn’t get back to her quickly.

But, once the deal was done, contracts came quickly, all electronic, and the title company I chose from her list has an online site so I can keep track of what is happening.
