Reviews page - are some restaurants missing?

I hope I'm not missing something obvious, but I wasn't able to find the review section for:

Crystal Place (I looked under Magic Kingdom Table service) - EDIT: Noticed that it's under the Character Meal section.
Pizza Planet (I looked under the Studios Counter Service)

Did I just miss them?

Pizza Planet is on page 2 of DHS Counter Service. It's listed under Toy Story Pizza Planet.

I didn't see Hurricane Hannah's @ the Beach Club. I assume its because it is a pool bar. I LOVE their Pina Colava!!
