We did the holiday one and we would go back. The characters were awesome! We say Daisy three times and she was great with my 4 yr old. We had the Fantasmic package, so we ate right when they opened for dinner. The buffet wasn't crowded and our server told us how to know when we were getting close with the characters.
Make sure to leave plenty of time to get to Fantasmic. Last December it took them 1/2 hour (past our ADR) to seat us, then our waitress took forever to do...everything - greet, pay bill, etc. We had to rush to get over to the show in time and barely did. The restaurant portion was not very enjoyable.

We did Minnie's Springtime Dine in April and my 4 yr old and I enjoyed it. To keep it in perspective, we set our expectations a little lower recognizing it was buffet food, and not gourmet. We thought the meal was decent, not horrible, but just OK. Character interaction was great for my kiddo and I had no complaints.
