I will try and post all my reviews in one post, but it may run long so I may have to do two.
So, here we go!
1st Night - LLT Dinner - Food was OK. Typical Thanksgiving meal. Characters were OK. Nothing special. SOmewhat of a long wait. Second longest in wait to Teppan Edo. We would not go back again. We tried it once and that is enough.
2nd Day - CRT Lunch - Again, was OK. We did it last year. So, we knew what to expect. DH had the Major Domo - it was OK. I had some type of turkey Sandwich I think. DD13 had chicken Tenders and DD5 had the same. Was OK. Would do this again just for the experience of it. It is not about the food at this place.
2nd Night - CM Dinner - Dinner had CM was a pleasant surprise. Everything was good. We had everything from Alfredo dish to Prime Rib to mashed potatoes to salad. It was good. Characters are good. Would go back again.
3rd Day - H&V Breakfast - this was DD13 2nd favorite breakfast. They had make your own breakfast tacos, lots of variety of breakfast items. Characters were very good. Service was good. We got in early for our ADR which happened most of the time for this trip. WE probably won't do this again as my kids are getting older.
3rd Night - Dinner at O'Hana. They had the wings, pot stickers (very good), salad, broccoli with snow peas, steak, turkey, pork and shrimp and the banana pudding dessert. Everything was very good. We were stuffed. The shrimp are very messy but good. I wish they came peeled already, though. We have to do this again for DH. He loves it.
4th Day - Donald's Breakfast at AK. This was DD13 favorite breakfast. It again was good. Eggs, Krispie Kreme's, potatoes. Typical breakfast buffet food. Characters were good. We waited here a little bit to get in. Service was good. We might do this again.
4th Night - Le Cellier - Yuck. Yuck. Yuck. By far worse meal of the trip. Services was OK. We had the soup and mussels - both were terrible and inedible. Nobody ate anything after a few bites. Then DH had the filet - was OK. I can get better steak elsewhere. I had the NY Strip - was OK. not good. not terrible. The Potatoes that came with it were inedible. Just nasty! I can't remember what DD13 had. She was miserable though. She did not like this place at all. However, she did enjoy the mousse for dessert.
5th Day - Askerhaus Breakfast - Again, typical breakfast fare. Everything was good. Service was great. Characters were good. This is a staple for us. We do this every trip.
5th Night - Narcosses Dinner. We had the bisque, crab cakes and calamari. Everything was good for appetizers. The calamari is a lot of food. They could cut the portion by half. Was too much. DD13 had the lobster and Me and DH had the lobster and steak. Wonderful. Steak was so tender. Lobster was good. The potatoes that came with it were absolutely wonderful. I can't remember what we had for dessert. We were so stuffed from this meal. It was great. I highly recommend it.
6th Day - CP breakfast - great. Food was good. Make your omelets were good. We like our breakfast buffets and this one was very good. Characters were OK. Not great but good. I would probably do this one again.
6th Night - Teppan Edo - this was just OK. I thought it would be better. We had the steak and shrimp, chicken and shrimp and the shrimp. Tempura appetizer was awful though. Very bad. The shrimp cocktail was good though. I can get better Hibatchi at my local restaurant. Although, this was good, it was not great. We would not go back. Service was not very good either. we waited quite awhile which was not the norm this trip.
7th Day - Free! We were free this day and loved it. No TS to run to. It was great. So, i ordered room service from the Poly for breakfast. We had CS lunch at Liberty Tree I think in Epcot and I cannot remember what we had for dinner. This was a P &P party night so it must have been something in MK.
8th Day - We had breakfast at the Poly. Lunch was at Typhoon Lagoon.
8th Night - Coral Reef. Very good. One of my favorites. We all had the Land and Sea appetizer. Very good and the Crab legs. Very good. Only complaint is the stuff that comes with the Crab legs. I think they call is some type of asparagus/corn thing. It was not good. But we had enough of the other stuff to compensate. Desserts were good. I had the chocolate wave without cherries. So did DD13. She preferred my DH's fruit cup though.
9th day - when will it end! I am losing track. I think we had breakfast at the Poly. CS Lunch was at Mexico in Epcot. My DH LOVED this too. It was surprisingly very good.
9th Night - Dinner was at Garden Grill in Epcot. Characters were very good. Service was excellent. Food was Ok. Not great. I might do this action just for the character interaction. I did like the food a little better here over LTT.
10th Day - Who knows
Oh, beaches and Cream. It was great. Food was good. Service great. Walked in at 11:00 and got a seat. Onion rings are enormous. Burgers were great. The roast beef sandwich was excellant. Too much food with the appetizer and dessert. We would go back again though and share things.
10th night - 1900 Park Fare. Characters were very good. Food was good. Not great. This is another about the experience kinda of restaurants. We would do this again.
11th day - Breakfast at O'hana character meal. It was Ok. Not as good as last year. Eggs were runny. potatoes were not very good. They had bacon. Mickey waffles were good though! Characters were OK. They seemed rushed. I think by now DD5 was getting sick of seeing the characters.
11th day late lunch - Cap'n Jacks. Excellant. We loved this one. DD13 had a salad, DH had the crabcakes and I had the spinach/artichoke dip. All were great. For entree we had the Shrimp Alfredo (not on the menu but can get it if you ask), DH had the roast beef and I had the crab cake sandwich. All were excellant. I think I liked the shrimp alfredo the best. It was very tasty. Desserts were chocolate cake with ice cream and cheesecake. Very good. We would definitely go back here.
Somewhere in there we went to ESPN for lunch. It was good but waaaaaaaay too much food on the DDP. We had nachoes, wings and chili. Nachos were very good. Those could be a meal in themselves. Then we had the chicken sandwich, hamburger and roast beef. DH said the roast beef sandwich was best he had in Disney. We were stuffed coming out of there. We had chocolate cake and ice cream. Way too much food but good.
We had a few CS at MGM - Backlot Express. Very good. MY DH's favorite CS. Burgers and fries. DD13 proclaimed they had the best Chicken Tenders at Disney. They went twice there because they loved it so much. My DH loves the Parfaits there too.
CS at Captain Cooks has declined. It was just OK. Nothing great. I was a little disappointed by that. The adult grilled cheese is GROSS! So bad. The flatbread is good though. The pork sandwich is also good.
I think I covered it all. It was a lot of food but we never felt like we were eating all the time. We probably would not do the deluxe again. I am definitely glad I tried it but did it now I don't need to again. Unless they revise it a little bit.
