I tried some new restaurants on this trip and I visited some old favorites as well. Our party consisted of myself and my friend from college, both 28. We didn't have a bad meal in four days. Here are he details:
Aug. 7
Dinner- Boma
We arrived in Orlando later than expected, so we were about half an hour late to our priority seating, but it was not a problem at all. We were seated in less than ten minutes. Our server was wonderful. Se went though the menu with us and took good care of us though the entire meal. I had a good time sampling from the buffet. I'm sorry I didn't write down the name of some of the dishes that I really liked. I will do my best to discribe them though. I think my favorite was a roast chicken. It was very moist and not overly spiced. I went back for seconds there. I also really liked a salmon dish they had as well as a seafood stew. The desserts were wonderful too. Zebra Domes do live up to the hype. All in all I enjoyed my meal. I don't think it made the must-do every trip category, but I will definitly visit again.

Lunch-Les Chefs de France
Lunch here is a tradition for me, and this visit did not dissapoint. We had a PS for noon, and we were seated as soon as the restaurant opened at noon. We had a lovely table right by the window in the front room. It made for some great people watching. Our waitor was very attentive, he refilled our sodas four times, which was greatly appreciated. We decided to split the cheese plate to start and the quiche lorraine as an entree. Spliting worked out well, although the cheese plate was too much even for two. The quiche was excellent. My favorite restaurant did not dissapoint, and I will continue to eat here every trip.
Dinner-Plaza Restaurant
We had a difficult time deciding where to eat that night and we finally decided on the Plaza. When we inquired at the podium at about 6:30 they were able to give us a 7:30 PS, which was fine. When we returned we were seated immediatly. Our server was good, but she seemed a bit overwhelmed. I decided to have the burger and my friend chose the Garden Wrap, and we split a sundae for dessert. All were quite good. This was a plesant meal, but not one of our top choices.

Breakfast- Crystal Palace
We had an 8:05 PS here. I love getting into the park before it opens! The restaurant was quite crowded at check-in, but the CMs did a great job so the line went quickly. We were seated in about ten minutes. Our server came to see us and explained how the characters were moving thoughout the room, went over the buffet choices and took our drink orders. She would check up on us every ten minutes or so which really enjoyed. We were then greeted by Tigger and Eyore. I really liked the food here. Everything was fresh and tasty! I had fun just tasting a bit of everything. The one thing I think I went back for three times was the cinnamon doughnut holes. They were to die for! Pooh came by to see us just as were were finishng our meal. This is the best breakfast buffet I have been to in a long time. The fact that there were characters too was just an added bonus. We were so full after this that we skiped lunch. I look forward to my next meal here!
Dinner-Biergarten
My firend really wanted to try this one and we decided that tonight would be a good night, so we called that afternoon to make a PS and there was not problem getting in. We arrived and were seated within a few minutes. We were seated very near the buffet witha couple from Massachessets celebrating their anniversary. We had a good time chatting. I really enjoyed the food here. The roast chicken and the new potatoes were excellent! We spent so much time talking that we lost track of time. We had to rush to get a seat for Illuminations without sampling dessert. This meal was a pleasant surprise! I would have never selected it on my own and now I can't wait to return!

Dinner-ESPN Club
We stopped in to get a quick bite before going to see Illuminations again. We sat in the bar area. We split a buger and I had a bowl of clam chowder. Both were quite good. We were in and out in about 30 minutes which was exactly what we were looking for. It was good food in a fun atmosphere and I would return.
That about wraps it up. We didn't eat on property the day we left. I was very pleased with both the food and the service at all of the restaurants we ate at. It was another great trip and I can wait for the next one! If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
