Reviewing current reservations on waltdisneyworld.com

Hi everyone-
I'm new to these boards, and I've done a search but couldn't find this topic anywhere- please feel free to redirect me if I'm in the wrong spot!

I've been trying repeatedly for the past few weeks to review the dining reservations I made online at the Disney World website. I know they went through because at one point I was able to cancel a reservation I no longer needed.

But now, whenever I try to sign into the site, I get redirected back to the sign-in screen. I am able to pull up my resort reservations by reservation # and last name/phone number, but I cannot figure out how to get back to my dining reservations.

For a while, I just thought the site was having problems, but this has been weeks now! Any ideas?

I have the opposite prob. I can get the dinning but no luck in wks getting resort ressies. I called disney IT...no help. Alot of people are having problems. I hope they get the bugs out of the system.

So it's not unusual to have problems with the Disney site? For a while I thought it was just me, but being that I can NEVER get into the site, I'm starting to think the problem is bigger than me.

I've even reset my password (probably about 6 or 7 times) and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating.

For the restaurant ressies make sure you are using the right phone number. It will be the one you gave to use while you were at the park. Usually your cell number. It is usually different from what your hotel ressie is. Hope that works!

Thanks, pixarfanmommn. I am able to retrieve my reservations individually using my res # and cell #. I can also get my resort reservations using last name and resort res #.

What I can't do is sign into my account to see all of my reservations together. Maybe you just can't do that? I also can't get to my profile page (it just sends me back to the log-in page.) I love Disney, but you'd think they'd have their site a little more user friendly!

Not sure if this will help anyone.....but after having a hard time myself for several days, I noticed one day that my reservation confirmation had my last name in all caps. I guess that the log-in is case sensitive as once I logged in using all caps for my last name it worked for me.

Thanks for the added suggestions. I think my issue is actually signing into my account on the Disney site. For example, if I click on "My profile" from the "My vacation" menu, I'm taken to a log in screen. If I put in my email address (which is definitely the address I used to register with the site) and put in my newly reset password, I'm just taken back to the log in screen. It doesn't say my password or email address is wrong or anything. It's like I didn't ever enter anything.

I've tried it in both Firefox and IE.

I can look up my dining reservations by # and phone #, and my hotel reservations by res # and last name, but I can't get to anywhere that shows me everything together. Maybe that doesn't exist?

I'm going to drop an email to the Disney web people. Thanks to everybody for your help. Happy vacations to everybody!

My email address still doesn't work when I log in. It also says you can enter your member name or username. I didn't even remember I had one, so I entered a common username I have used on other places along with my password and it logged me in.

If you fill out the forgotten password form, does it send it to you, or does it say that it does not recognize the user/password combination?

Let me know if this ever works I have to look the all up individually, I would love to see a complete int...
