I was pleasantly surprised by the Grand Floridian Café review I watched the other day. I remember hearing that Pete didn't care for it (I mean _really_ didn't care for it). I was really interested to watch because it's one of our favorites; might be the atmosphere, since it's at the Grand Floridian and that's really the first on our bucket list of resorts. :)
We've only had breakfast and have really enjoyed the lobster hash eggs benedict.

Thanks for doing this one, and Pete I'm glad it's gotten better for you!!

We usually have at least 1 breakfast there, they serve Lobster eggs Benedict, which is my favorite. Last visit, we also had lunch there and thought it was excellent. I love it in there and it's never difficult to get a table. I also love the proximity to the MK.

I've only had an early breakfast there, but I had the standard eggs benedict...which was very good. I was also dining alone and it was nice and quiet when I went. It was a great and relaxing way to start my day.

I think part of what we like is the ease of getting a table, and on our first visit it was quiet enough we spent some time talking to the waiter about Doctor Who, another of our....obsessions. :)

I love the cafe, the food is usually very good. I only wish there was more on the menu. But maybe I'm partial, I love GF.

I'm in the partial camp as well! Love the GF, so I'm a huge fan of the GF Cafe. Haven't had dinner there, but the breakfast is fantastic and lunch was surprisingly delicious. Highly recommend the penne pasta dish there for lunch. One of the most filling lunches (in a good way) I've ever had at WDW.

I have had mixed results at the GF Cafe. My daughter and I showed up at 8:30 pm without a ressie and had a nice relaxing meal with great entrees.
We had a party of five with a reservation for 5:40pm three days later and I have never felt so rushed. From seating to being out was 30 minutes. My daughter's hamburger sliders were raw. And we had the whisky flights. And still we were rushed to get out of there in thirty minutes.
