Revenge of the Mummy vs TRON Lightcycle / Run

Not sure the 2 are directly comparable. Different styles of thrill. Given the choice of riding one, it would be Mummy.

Mummy is a must ride for me. I enjoyed the movie and enjoy the ride. Tron I saw as a kid and it was less than memorable, I have zero interest in the ride.

Didn't have the opportunity to experience TRON yet, but the Mummy was highly forgettable to me.

So, I was surprised to see the comparison between those rides in the first place.

Mummy, even in its "improved" form is still a bit rough to me. Tron was just a fun coaster. Both are relatively short by current coaster standards, but I'd do Tron over Mummy any day.

Mummy is one of my all time favorites, except for those hard stops Haven't ridden Tron yet, but hope to in about 4 weeks!!!

Having ridden RofM many times and only seen Tron on videos I would still get on RofM first everytime. It's an amazing fun ride and last much longer than Tron. I really don't understand why Disney didn't make Tron a longer ride at WDW as they knew it would be hugely popular.

So I don’t think this is a fair comparison given one just opened and one just got a major refurb. I haven’t been in mummy in years and haven’t had a chance to ride Tron yet

I don't think this comparison is fair as they're not the same type of ride but regardless I'm going with Mummy. I rode Tron once and thought it was meh. I don't have any desire to ride that ever again whereas with Mummy I LOVE it.

I have not gotten a chance to ride Tron yet, but based on my experience with Mummy and videos of Tron I'd vote for Mummy. Tron looks like lots of fun, but Mummy just seems better themed. The Tron queue seems to be very similar to Space Mountain and mostly bland hallways. It's launch looks great and the interior portion seems fun with some good effects but it is so short. Whereas Mummy has a great thematic queue, the dark ride portion to start the ride off, a great launch as well, and the fake ending. Based on videos (depending on the speed) I do feel Tron has the better fast paced twisting section as the Mummy's spirits aren't bad but nothing special. But Mummy is still amazing and everything else around it is better than Tron, including duration.

Tron while a bit short is probably my new favorite coaster. Mummy is very high on the list as well, but Tron wins by a pixel.
