Well, I made the mistake in catorizing a pair of pants. So my customer doesn't want them.

What I ended up doing because it was my error I refunded all her money and paid for return shipping.

What do you think?

Are you talking about ebay? A little more info is always helpful since this is a WDW board and "returns" is a little vague .
