THE CAST:
Piglet--me--50 year old trip planner
Tigger--my forty-something cousin
Pooh--Tiggers 8 year old daughter
MAY 25: EPCOT AND MK
Slept in and got a late start today. Parked at MK and took monorail to EPCOT. Arrived about 1:00. Straight to get FP for TT as we missed this last year. Then to Living Seas. Nemo exhibit is cute. Pooh mostly liked the escalators! Took the boat ride in the Land and had our free refreshment at Ice Station Cool. Back for FP at TT. LONG FP line. TT had been down, can you believe it? We were a little early, but got in the line anyway. Well, about that time it started moving. FAST. We were 4 minutes early for our FP. CM would not let us through! Made us stand to the side and wait for 4 minutes! Very rude about it too! We quietly waited, but I could see all the FPs and many of them were also early. Guess he didnt like our looks. Pooh hated this ride, mainly because it stopped while we were in the crash test room. Me and Tigger enjoyed it. Took the monorail back to TTC and the resort monorail to the Poly. 5:00 PS at OHanas. We LOVED this place. Great supper and seated with this wonderful view of the castle. Pooh did the coconut races and the hula hoop thing. Looked around the Poly a little and took the boat to MK. I sat on Main Street and held our place while Pooh and Tigger took in Aladin and the Treehouse. They brought me back a Dole Whip! Spectro is Disney at its very best! Hung around for Wishes and made our escape with the masses. Cheated and took the resort monorail back to TTC. (Thanks Disboards!) Did better on the relaxing today.
MAY 26: MK
Slept a little late and had a big breakfast at Shoneys. Arrived at MK around 10:30. Rode Thunder and got a FP for Thunder. While waiting on the FP, we went to Tom Sawyers Island. Then back for the Thunder FP. Got FP for Splash and took in Goofys show and the Tiki Birds. Got Jungle Cruise FP and back to ride Splash. Ate at Pecos Bills and rode Pirates. Then onto Jungle Cruise. Got a FP for Philharmagic and took a Mickey Bar break while we waited. We left the park after Philharmagic. We set a record today--no purchases at all! Monorail car had no AC. We almost died. Had a long swim and ate in. It was really HOT today! Scored a medium on the relaxing.
