MMm..I had the sweet and sour at 9 Dragons that weekend..yummY!
I have just got this lovely image of Tink puking her glittery guts out lol Great update! I agree about it being a waste to drive to mk...but it still seemed better for us with the double stroller and sleepy kids! I often wonder what WDW would be like with out my lovelies!
I hear ya - I looove having a car at WDW, and if I had a stroller and a pair of kids I'd drive too!
Lurky Loo, you make me smile everyday!
I just love your TR's
Aw....

I'm glad to hear you're smiling today!
Totally have both in my house right now. I'm sooo Canadian. I found it kinda weird that Canada in Epcot had a huge selection of wine. Well, true, but still, I don't think most associate wine with Canada!
Yeah - too much wine and not enough PC Sauce and All-dressed Chips!
It sounds like such a nice day. I'm jealous the crowds were so low. I'll never get that luxury!
Who knows - maybe with the economy in the tank, it'll be like this year-round!
You seem to get so much more done in a morning than we could do in an entire day!! Hmm....gues waiting in line for characters really DOES waste a lot of time!

You said it, not me!
The Tinkerbell puking her guts out in the lake comment had me LOLing. It seems like you can't get away from puke.
Hmmm... it does seem to be emerging as the theme of this trip...
And we're only about a third of the way through!
Don't forget ketchup chips! DF is Canadian so I know a bit about their yummy foods.
Oh yeah, those are nice too! But my fave ketchuppy ones are the Brits' Prawn Cocktail Crisps ... drool.....
Did you used to have a link to your blog in your siggy on here?
Yes! I took it out cuz I thought I might get in trouble to linking to a site that promotes my Disney weddings book. I'm glad you found it anyway!
Now, back to your TR-which I highly enjoy, just haven't commented a whole lot...9 Dragons looks good! How was the soup? It said "dumplings", was there more than one? Not a big deal, being it's an appy, but just curious.... we are going in December and I'm wanting to try some new places. I haven't heard much about 9 Dragons, but it sure does look tasty!
The soup got the Lurkyloo Seal of Approval (in other words, it was "pretty dang good"!). I think there were two dumplings, and they were those big potsticker ones that you have to cut up if you wanna be delicate and ladylike.
Glad to hear Nine Dragons is better. I wasn't too impressed before and I LOVE Americanized Chinese food. MUCH better than Germanized Chinese food! And we don't even want to talk about Germanized Mexican food...can you say carrots and green beans in your enchiladas?!?!?
I'm sorry you had to spend part of day 5 alone. I think eating alone in a restaurant like that is the worst. If you don't take a paper or a book, you don't know where to keep your eyes. Which when you think about it is weird. It's not like I stare at my DH the whole time we are in a restaurant. I mean I love him and he's cute

It's true!
Also, thanks for the great picture!
Thanks for more foodie pics - you tease! Thankfully, I am still full from my very unhealthy cheeseburger dinner, and am not at all tempted to lick my computer screen!
Good thing, too - I think you might get 'lectrocuted!!!
Um.. I think you have just invited mass chaos on your PTR....
What, and we don't have that now?

What with all the cake pix, dog pix....
Back, oh, I dunno eight pages ago, you had a great poster of PRESTO! We love that short in my house... My DS3 calls him the "Bunny PLESTO"...
CUTE! We love that short - DH adores it. I wish Pixar had made a stuffed animal of that bunny... Also, I guess I give Nine Dragons a thumbs up for food
and atmosphere.
Waiitttt..... what is this about a Stitch stage show?!!!???? Please say it ain't so!!!
Read it and weep:

There are tricks to the laugh floor... We know when to go in so we don't have to wait long. I guess going in at rope drop and knowing it's in about twenty minute intervals helps. And you need to sit behind the lamps, front or back, to get chosen. So we always pick a row with lamps.
Yeah, see we got herded to the back even though we were trying to sit where the lamps are. Why do they even make seats that aren't included in the show?
So I have been lurking for awhile and am finally caught up on your trip report. It is fabulous! I love the pics and all your stories...I was constantly laughing out loud! More, please!!
Hi!

I'm going to try to write more Sunday, despite my tragic loss of one hour in the day....
We have ketchup chips where I live. A local chain called Food City is the only place you can get them, and they're made in Bristol, TN by Terry's Chips. They're absolutely delicious!! They also have a dill pickle flavor that is equally delish.
Ooh! Ooh! Do you have Utz potato chips too? I love me some Sour Cream & Onion Utz.....
I admittedly am not a huge fan of cake. Of course, I've never let that small detail get in the way of the fork as it shovels copious amounts of it into my mouth...
That being said, the cake pictured below changed it all for me. Thank you Food Lion, for your precious chocolatey goodness...
SOLD! Where's the closest Food Lion to L.A.? Like, Arkansas?
We just finished a month long unit on transportation in my kindergarten class...I could have just showed them this MK update from your report, it's got everything. Not only do you write books, you could write lesson plans

Whohoo! If this whole starving author thing doesn't work out, I can always fall back on being a kindergarten teacher, apparently....
