Return of the castaway club blue sling backpack?

I'm sorry I wasn't trying to take advantage or anything. My mistake, I apologize.
I wasn't trying to accuse you of doing anything wrong. I was just explaining how the system is supposed to work. If Disney gave you bonus gifts, then hooray!

Thought we’d seen the last of those awful sling bags—so small & slide right off your shoulder! We’ve donated quite a few unused to our church thrift shop. Hope they run out of them before our next cruise!

Sent my daughter to summer camp with one last week— was the first thing I could find that I wasn’t worried about getting lost or destroyed.

I must be the only one that was excited to get a sling bag a few weeks back lol. I'd been thinking about getting one for short hikes and this was perfect timing. We already have the white bag.

We have 2 from past cruises (2018, 2022). I used that first one for 6 years as a girl scout leader on outings. Perfect size for the first aid kit, paperwork, my water bottle, and a few snacks. I never had an issue with it falling off a shoulder (well maybe if I wore a nylon jacket), you wear it cross body.

As for the Treasure, I’m not sold on the Coco restaurant and not sure any of the restaurants (other than Enchante) are ones I’d want to do twice…I would like to see the other 2nd show in the Marvel dining room, but we’ve sailed wish twice and I don’t need to see that one again. Have they announced a Marvel dining show for Destiny?

Coco was great (if you like Mexican food)! And you should go BOTH nights because the show "continues" into the second night.

I think the Destiny is supposed to have a new Marvel show in the Marvel dining room. Guardians of the Galaxy I think (actually, now that I think about it, I think that was what the 2nd show was on the Treasure too).

Second night at Marvel on Treasure is Groot and Rocket, Guardians one. I like that show better than night 1 one with Antman, Wasp and Spiderman that’s also on the Wish.

I am doing the Wish Aug 1 . Already have 2 white Castaway bags. So blue sling is new to me.

We enjoyed the Coco shows, but preferred the second performance because it featured more songs from the movie. For those who haven’t sailed on the Treasure yet, it’s worth noting that the Coco show differs from the Frozen show on the Wish. In Frozen, the cast interacts with the audience much more, whereas Coco is more of a traditional stage production with minimal interaction. Even though our table was fairly close, second from the stage. There was very little guest interaction.

For my family, it was one and done with the Marvel dinner show experience. For us, it felt more like watching a 30-minute Disney+ episode than participating in an immersive dining experience. There’s very little guest interaction and the most you do is press a button, and even that’s optional. The second night featured Guardians of the Galaxy trivia with Groot, which also didn’t add much in terms of engagement. We prefer Animator’s Palate on the other ships, which we think offers more interaction, creativity, and fun. Our opinion is, if you're considering skipping one of the rotational dinners for Palo or Enchante, Marvel night would be the one we’d recommend skipping. Of course, if you love Marvel, then enjoy the two shows and dinner.

Ok. They are giving out the Treasure Inaugural castaway gifts on the Magic. Why don’t they just keep them for people cruising on the Treasure!
That is interesting and unfortunate. I just returned from the 7-night (8-day) Western Caribbean sailing on the Treasure - Saturday (6/28) - Saturday (7/5) and we received no inaugural castaway gifts. 😥

I would love this but it would probably also increase the odds we end up committing to sailing on the Treasure in 2026…which I am on the fence about.

We were on the 7 Night Med in May and we received the Pearl gifts (white beach bag, towel, wet/dry bag, pink tumblers and white Mickey lanyards). We will be on the Magic in August, and again on a 7n night in Europe in Septmeber and wondering what we'll receive.

Do you have a picture of it? I believe the inaugural castaway gifts or a few are similar looking to regular

just got off the Wish - we got our usual Pearl gifts but non- Pearl folks were all wearing old style lanyards so I assume their gifts may have been weird too.
