Hi,
So I got my 12 digit Disney number from Virgin Holidays. My 180-day window starts this Saturday so I thought I'd make sure all was ready.
I created an account on US disneyworld site. I tried to retrieve my reservation with all my details and it says it can't do it at this time.
Does this mean:
a) I have the wrong number from Virgin?
b) I can only retrieve my reservation and attach it to my profile at 180 days?
Any ideas?
