Retrieving reservation?

Hi,

So I got my 12 digit Disney number from Virgin Holidays. My 180-day window starts this Saturday so I thought I'd make sure all was ready.

I created an account on US disneyworld site. I tried to retrieve my reservation with all my details and it says it can't do it at this time.

Does this mean:
a) I have the wrong number from Virgin?
b) I can only retrieve my reservation and attach it to my profile at 180 days?

Any ideas?

Hi Tim

Don't panic. You got the 12 digit one, which is good! I also can't retrieve my reservation. The only way to get any response on your ressie no is to go through the dining section. I am posting a link to another active thread on this board which will help you out. I asked a question on page 2 (or three) re. the same and you can read the advice which follows. It is worth reading the whole thread though. If nothing else, be assured that there is nothing wrong with your ressie number. Some people have had a nightmare trying to get one!

Ah OK thanks, that reassures me. Would hate to have my ADR window open, find out my number was dodgy and then have to try to hound Virgin for the right one as the time ticks by.

Yeah..... I don't think any of us are normal by usual reference standards, but for a totally neurotic-OCD-Control-freak.... I feel right at home here

I'm quite in awe of you guys who are making your ADRs tomorrow. Not because of you having to make them, but the mere fact that you are actively posting on here. When my turn comes around I suspect you will find me dithering around the US website for the preceding 24 hours - with utter dedication!
