retrieving phone ressie online

I booked a dessert party by calling in. They gave me a confirmation #, but when I search that number online, nothing shows up.

Can you find your phone in ressie by searching online? I always want to double check to make sure all the info is correct.

On the website you will need to put in your confirmation number and your phone number and the reservations should show up...make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page after you submit the info. If not I would call back and confirm the confirmation number.

Also double-check the phone number that was used when making the reservation. Disney tends to use the phone number on file (typically a home phone) to make them. When making them online, most people typically put either the cell phone number, or the number of the resort as it asks for contact while on vacation.

Also, the number Disney has on file could be an older one, just something else to note.
