Retitling/quit claim deed for HH- need SC title firm/Atty.

Hi-

I need to re-title one of our HH contracts. I use Timeshare Closing Services for our FL DVC properties, but they can't retitle SC. Does anyone have a recommendation? Any estimate of costs? Thanks.

I used this person--very good--recommended to me by other timeshare purchasers. FYI--IT is more $$ to close in SC, b/c of the need to use atty.
