Restrooms on Disney Magic (Wonder) on Deck 5 outside Oceaneer Club/Forward stairs/elevator

This is an odd question, but I can see 2 sets of restrooms on the forward side of deck 5 by the elevators/stairs, just forward of the oceaneer club. I assume these are public, but are they only accessible from the oceaneer club or from the hallway? Thanks!

Those clubs have their own bathrooms. Kids would not need to leave to use them but if a kid has sign out privileges then they could.

Also the exit for the lab is mid ship. So those forward bathrooms are a little ways away from the kids clubs.

Those are off the passage way and elevator lobby for general use.

Definitely for anyone. If we are heading back to our room, I will stop there, leaving the cabin restroom for another. One is a men’s; the other side is women’s.

Ok because I got my 2 kids, my son's GF, and my daughter's BF room 5524 (secret port hole) which is right by those rooms and was thinking if those were public bathrooms, this could make a tight 4 adult person room much more comfy if either or both of those restrooms were public being right outside the room...

We were in 5128 on the Magic and we loved the public restroom right outside of 5122. In fact my child is a bit irritated that we didn't rebook that cabin for this year as the public restroom was so convenient.
