Restaurants with views of fireworks?

I'm currently planning ADRs for dinners on the days we will be visiting Epcot and MK. I would love to be able to eat at a restaurant where we could watch Wishes/Illuminations. The only trouble I've been having is $$$. I know there are great views of Wishes from California Grill and Narcoosee's, but we are paying out of pocket and I would love a more affordable restaurant. We're willing to travel to a resort, are there any other restaurants that have good views of Wishes?

The same goes for Illuminations... we would like to be able to stay in Epcot but are willing to travel to a resort for dinner if need be. An affordable restaurant with good food and a great view would be perfect.

. . . Ohana, Polynesian (semi-expensive, only a few viewable tables)
. . . Narcoossee's, Grand Floridian (expensive, only a few viewable tables)

Illuminations
. . . Rose & Crown, UK (moderate, tough to get patio seats)
. . . Tokyo Dining, Japan (expensive, only a few viewable tables)
. . . Bistro de Paris, France (expensive, only a few viewable tables)
. . . Chefs de France, France (seim-expensive, seats can be blocked by standees)
. . . Cantina, Mexico (moderate, view van be blocked by people standing)
