restaurants owned by disney

DH would like to know if anyone has information on which restaurants at WDW are owned by Disney, rented from Disney and what the financial arrangements are. I figured if anyone would know, it would be here.

I'm seriously doubting that anybody who knows the financial arrangements will be able to talk about it here (or anywhere). But as far as those not owned by Disney, the few I know about are:
Rainforest Cafe
Planet Hollywood
Portobello Yacht Club
Yak & Yetti

I'm sure there are others and no doubt people will add to this list.

Maya grill and the Pepper Market at CSR are not owned by Disney(took me awhile to figure out why there were no Mickey waffles at breakfast)

I'm pretty sure the restaurants in DTD are not owned by Disney. I know that Fultons and I think Earl of Sandwich are chains. My mom has a Fultons in her town of Naples.
