restaurants opened during MNSSHP

Sorry if this has been asked already ( I did try searching but couldn't find exact answer). We are going to MNSSHP on Fri 10/7.. By the time I realized ( after finding this board) that you could book LTT or Tony's with the purchase of the halloween party before the 90 day window ( when I bought them weeks ago I was not offered this) the 1st seating for our size party wasn't until 7pm or after and I know my kids can't wait that long. Sooooo, my question is, is Crystal Palace open for dinner that night and do you know what time they USUALLY start dinner. I was hoping to get a 4ish so we could take advantage of going on some of the rides earlier then the party "officially" starts. The other option would be Cinderella's Castle...same question is it open/what time does dinner start usually. Thanks so much....my 90 day window starts on Wednesday and it makes our trip seem that much closer!!!!

We had dinner ressies at Crystal Palace at 5:30 before MNSSHP last year. That worked out very well, we didn't have to wait in Tomorrowland very long before the party started.
