Restaurants on DDP?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if Earl of Sandwich, Raglan Road and Chefs De France are usually on the dining plan? We are thinking of adding it onto our package for the first time, but these are three of our favourite places and currently I can't see them on the 2009 list!
