Restaurants not included in the Dining plan

where can I find a list of restaurants not included on the dining plan? I'm going to WDW next September, perhaps when many are going for free dining. I'm thinking those restaurants will be more crowded, so I might stear us towards non-dining plan restaurants. I know there's a list of places that accept dining plan, but I'm hoping to find the reverse list.

Can't think of any in the parks or Disney resorts ( except V & A ?) that aren't on the Dinning plan. The resaurants at the Swan & Dolphin are not part of the plans and( maybe? )Shades of Green. In fact most if not all at DS are part of the plan.
Never seen an official list with those not on the plan. Best bet is to work from the list of the ones on the plan.

Ok thanks. For some reason I thought there were restaurants you couldn't use the dining plan. Never used it mysel.

If you are looking to go at less crowded time book the earliest meal time. Also a lot of the in park restaurants now have the same menu at lunch & dinner so you get the same options at noon as you would at 7:00pm.

V&A is the only Disney restaurant I can think of that is not own the dinning plan. As someone mentioned, Swan and Dolphin restaurants are not on the dinning plan. There could be a few places at Disney Springs that are not Disney owned, and not on dinning plan, but I’m really not sure. Best bet is to double check any restaurant you are unsure of, before booking, just to be safe. Dinning plan is a fun experience. Enjoy! Edit: didn’t read that right. I see that you are not doing the dinning plan. . Still enjoy!

None of the deluxe lounges take the DDP, but they are small, popular and sometimes there's no seating.
