restaurant to view illuminations?

Our trip is little more than a week away and I'm reviewing the "wish lists" that I gave each family member.
I thought DS12 had written that he wanted to see Illuminations.
Closer inspection revealed that he actually wrote "restaurant where you can see illuminations".

Ugh!
Is there a restaurant where you can see illuminations while eating??

If so, about what time would I make PS for?

Hi there,

You can see Illuminations tableside from the Rose and Crown in the UK pavillion, but only if you get a table on the patio, which is not a guarantee. If Illuminations is at 9 pm (which it normally is), I would recommend a PS for 7:30. Get there early, maybe around 7, and tell them very sweetly that you would LOVE a table outside. Like I said, its not a guarantee, but they're usually very nice there and try to hook you up whenever they can. I've been lucky enough to get a table with a great view three times, always following the above strategy. Good luck!

I realize there are no promises but at the very least I did my part to make DS's wish come true.
