Restaurant to see "Wishes"

Hoping to go in October for a birthday trip.What restaurant would you all recommend to have a great view of "Wishes"? Considering this vs. Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party.

You can watch it from O'hanas (IF you get a window seat.) Otherwise, you'd kinda have to stand up & walk around to see out the windows. You can also watch it from the California Grill balcony. I've never done the dessert party, but I can tell you the view will be much better from there! We used to sit on that terrace to watch Wishes until they closed it off for the party.

We've had great views from Ohana, Narcoossee's and Cali Grill. I would not bank on seeing them from Ohana because there are actually very few tables with a decent view but you could walk down to the beach.

Narcoossee's. We had an excellent view of Wishes from our table in December. The food and service was outstanding.

I think both the food and view are better at Ca Grill than Natcoosees or OHana. The dessert party will get you the best view though.

We had a very good view of the fireworks from Narcoossee's in December. Here are a couple of pictures.

The castle is the bluish colored blotch about three fourths of the way across the photo.

In this case, the castle is roughly where the vertical fireworks are located.

They pipe in the music and dim the lights inside of the resturant. When we were there it was very cold outside so no one was on the veranda, but I've read that in good weather people go outside so the view for those that remain inside can be blocked.

As a PP said, if you want the best view and fullest effect of the show, you probably should be inside MK with a clear view of the castle. From elsewhere, I think, you'd lose the impact of some of the effects, such as the fireworks shooting off the castle, Tinkerbell flying, the details of the lighting on the castle, etc.
