Starting to plan what we're going to do next month when we make our annual visit to Orlando and I'm now really excited. Food is our passion and as usual we plan to hunt down the new restaurants. I became even more excited when I saw this mornings blog from the company I use and thought some of you would enjoy it. Also, if you have any other recommendations I'd love to hear where you like to go.

Thanks for this! Canceling Yachtmans and going to Roy's. We were there on our honeymoon in Hawaii!

Are you just looking on Sand Lake's Restaurant Row? We love Bonefish Grill there -- upscale service and phenomenal food at Red Lobster prices. We also like Timpano, but that may be a biased opinion since that's where my husband and I met! I haven't been to Roy's, but know many people who love it (although DH has been there and found it seriously underwhelming for the price). If you're looking at other locations as well and are considering one special-occasion level dinner, then I really have to recommend Norman's at the Ritz-Carlton. Very pricy but unforgettable.

We don't go to Sand Lake if we're going to BoneFish ...we go to the one at the Loop instead as its nearer to the vacation home we stay in. Not done Norman's ...thanks will try that out.

If you're staying onsite you had better either have a car or be prepared to spend a good chunk of change on cab fare. Restaurant row is a lot closer to Universal than it is to Disney.

We've done on site before but we now prefer off site and have our own car anyway. We still enjoy the odd day at Disney but we also love Sea World and exploring some of the other places this part of Florida has.
