Restaurant Reservations

I am about to make reservations 180 days out. What is the best time for breakfist and dinner taking into consideration the likely crowds around from April 11-17, 2008?

Can you make reservations for 4 even when only 2 are listed on trip (meeting friends)?

You can make reservations for however many people will be dining. They don't all have to be staying together. Some can even be staying off site. Dining reservations aren't tied to how many are in the room unless you are cooking in the villa,
