Restaurant Reservations

Does anyone know if the Vinyard Room or Avalon Cove at DCA take reservations? If so, how can they be made?

They do take reservations but only on the day you wish to dine. When you enter the park head on over to which ever place you want to eat that way you'll be sure to get the time you want.
