Well Walt's is American, however so are many of the others you have chosen. What is cool about Walt's is it was originally designed to be an exclusive club like Club 33 in DL. Each room has a theme of each land in the park with imagineering concept art for that land. It feels quite upscale and the menu is quite good (with a mix of European and some American dishes).

Most of the American restaurants have real European twists (including the wine lists) with the exception of the fast food or Annette's.

Well, you twisted my arm so I talked DH into giving Walt's a try. It's now on the long list! You guys may have to roll us out of DLRP when it's time to go home!

At least the portions at DLP are more reasonable than the huge portions in the US, so it can be doable.
