Restaurant Nutritional Info

Does anyone know if there is anyplace where you can get the nutritional information, i.e. calories, fat content, carbs, for the counter service places at WDW? I would imagine you could ask if they have the info at the place but I was wondering if there is somewhere you can get the info before you go. The thread on sharing counter service meals got me wondering just how much fat, calories and carbs are in some of those things.

Some of the full-service restaurants have a three-ring binder filled with information about all the food items. I've never seen anything like it at any other restaurant, but there it was. They had one at Spoodles and they had one at Jiko.
