OK, maybe I am imagining this...

Does a restaurant HAVE to provide you with a nutritional analysis of its food, if you request it? (I'm talking about the chains/large restaurants, not the Mom & Pop places.) I know that a few years ago, even the fast food places started posting their nutritional analysis information, even though it wasn't very pretty. ;)

I recently requested this information from a chain (via the Internet) and was told that the don't provide it.

Thanks!

I thought so as well but I contacted a few places when I was on WW previously and they told me the same thing. I never pressed the issue so I just would do my best to guess based on other places. If the fajitas at one place had a certain number of points then I would often use the same numbers elsewhere.

Since getting back with WW I was pleasantly suprised to see that Dotti's extensive list of restaurants has become even more extensive and several places I was looking for previously are now listed. I don't know if those places started giving out nutritional information or how she got the information.
