Hi just wondered what the dinner times were in the restaurants is it set times like 6-10pm or food served all day till a set time? we are going in september
Thanks

It depends on which restaurants you're talking about really.

Hi Had a look at that link but didnt really tell me anything, was meaning restaraunts in the parks, if they were open all day or if you could only book dinner from say 6pm? Thanks

I think the majority close after lunch and then reopen for dinner. I know Agrabah cafe is only open for lunch though.

I know in the summer Walt's start dinner around 3.30. Inventions 6pm.
Cafe Mickey about 6.30pm?

Not really sure about the rest though.....

some are open all day, some aren't, some aren't open on certain days in low season etc etc etc.

Best thing to do is make a rough plan of where you'd ideally like to eat and when, pop it on this thread, and you'll get some opinion of whether thats likely to be possible when you're going to DLP.

You can then finalise your plan by calling the Disney dining reservations line a few weeks before you go, as by that time the staff on the phone will know if your chosen venues and dates are available.

Thanks Dlp Daft, after the earlier replies i have been having a closer look at my plans so far this is what i came up with

Fri 28th sept - silver spur
Sat 29th sept - Inventions
Sun 30th sept - BBWWS
Mon 1st oct - Auberge -been told this is lunch only at this time so any dinner recommendations?

girls are 5 and 4 we normally eat at 5 latest would be 6/7 but also dont want to miss any parades so any help appreciated

Thanks

I can help with Inventions - as Strawberryblush said earlier it opens for dinner at 6pm and IMO that's the best time to go as it's usually relatively quiet then and you'll get the best character interaction.

Can anyone remind me of the phone number to book meals - I can't believe how close I am and I've not booked anything yet:scared: DH likes to wait and see but I like to have something booked - especially for Walts and Inventions (as we're going to be there late July and over a weekend). I plan to phone Monday am before I leave for work, and at the moment I'm thinking:

Saturday 28/7 Steakhouse (because DH loves it and I thought it might be quieter?)

Sunday - brunch and Inventions (will 12.00 be OK?)

Monday:Walts for dinner (what is best time?)

I'm not booking anything for Tuesday as we might do the coach trip of Paris - is it OK to leave booking that til we get there?

TIA!!

The number is 00 33 1 60 30 40 50 and if you dial 0844 200 9090 first it will be cheaper.

Inventions Sunday Brunch is only 1pm - 3pm.

Are you hoping to get lucky with a window seat to watch the parade at Walt's? If so, you want to be looking at 6:30pm. If not and you want to watch the parade from street level then I'd be looking at 8pm. If you're not interested in the parade then any time would be good. :)

As regards Paris on Tuesday, I'm sure you'll be fine to leave booking the coach trip until you're there. From what I understand the coach firm just sends as many coaches as are needed.

How far in advance can you make dinner reservations please, we go the day after you come back on tues 2nd oct and was thinking of booking a character meal for the friday night which will be our last night there

Up to 60 days in advance although it's really not necessary to make them that far out. I've just booked mine for just over a month ago which is early for me, usually I book them about three weeks in advance.
