Restaurant Hours ?

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find the hours for breakfast, lunch, & dinner at various WDW locations? I'm particularly interested in Chef Mickeys (breakfast) & Whispering Canyon (lunch & dinner), but would like to find the hours of some others as well. Thanks a bunch!
