Restaurant Hours?

I've seen all the menus on allearsnet.com, and I can get a basic understanding of openings and closings based upon a given park's hours. However, if the parks open at 8/9:00am, when do the counter and table service restaurants open for lunch? And what time can you make a PS for the first sitting or even the last? I guess this pertains to resort restaurants as well as those in the parks. Any ideas?
