Restaurant for XMas day outside MK

We will be at MK for XMas day but not really liking any of the dining options inside the park for XMas day. Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant in Orlando that accepts reservations. I don't want to have no where to go for Xmas dinner!!!

So far, we have decided to avoid the parks on Christmas Day, and will be dining al Il Mulino for supper.

If your family likes seafood, Oceanaire in the Pointe Orlando complex is excellent! It only took 15 minutes to get there from AoA.

Have you tried " The Gaylord Palms " ..( The Huge building that looks like

an up side down funnel ) on Oceola Parkway near the Disney Arch

They serve a Christmas Day Buffet but one Must make a booking

I 2nd Gaylord Palms and check into their Ice celebration. It is really pretty cool-especially for us who don't live where it snows.

Have you considered a Disney resort near the MK for dinner? We like to have dinner at Ohana at the Polynesian for a special dinner and a nice break from the park. It's so easy to take the monorail to get there and if we want some down time the main hotel area and grounds are lovely for sitting down and visiting or walking around.

"Ice" is NOT "pretty cool."

"Ice" is miserably cold. Like walking through Chinese ice carvings, which is exactly what it is -- and WELL worth doing!

Thanks, I will look into all your suggestions including Gaylord Palms. We are from Toronto, Canada so we are trying to escape our long, miserable winter but it might be nice to experience it as well & make Xmas feel a little like we're at home!
