Restaurant bookings in City Walks

Can anyone tell me how to prebook a table reservation at Jimmy Muffin's or the Motown Restaurant we are coming from England in August and don't want to wait two hours for a table again.
Last time we were there the second day entry was free at universal is this still the case? Does it apply to IoA as well?

Call the reservation line 800-uescape, they will connect you with the dinner reservation line or they will give you the numbers to the restaurants themselves. Some of the restaurants make their own reservations, Emeril's is one of those restaurants. Our favorite restaurant on City Walk is Latin Quarter...outstanding food and service. Jimmy Buffets is mediocre at best (a great place however for volcano nachos and a few drinks)

To answer the second part of your question, no the 2nd day free promotion has not run since IOA opened.
