Restaurant Birthday Celebrations?

How do the different restaurants celebrate birthdays? I'm just wondering which one would be the best for DS's b-day.

In the past this is what we have gotten:

Chef Mickey's: Cupcake and Character signed placemat

Le Cellier: CM signed card

'Ohana: Nothing

I don't think it necessarily depends on restaurant, I think it's just random in general (from what I've read here on the DIS and from personal experience).
