Restaurant ADR planning cards request

I'm looking for planning cards like Natalie made years ago. I've printed the ones she has, but was hoping someone would be willing to make two more for me that are missing.

I still need Via Napoli and Trails End. They don't have to be exact to Natalie's style, I was just hoping to have one for each ADR we have. They are 4x6. Thank you so much in advance
