We have stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Lake Buena Vista (there is another one on I-drive). It was a very clean 2 bed/2 bath that slept 8, with full kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer for less than $170/night. It has 7 pools, although we only used the 2 closest to our condo. The nice thing about this resort is that it is directly across the street from a pizza place, dunkin donuts and starbucks. Stop and get morning coffee and then head straight to the parks! It is located near the Royal Caribe hotel, as well as Buena Vista Suites- to give you an idea of location.
We have also stayed at Bonnet Creek (this past August), and Marriott Royal Palms, which is part of the Orlando World Marriott resort. Bonnet Creek was $140 for a 1 bedroom (we got a last minute promo code & discounted rate through cheaptickets.com), and the Royal Palms was a time share we purchased from a friend for $800/week. Regular nightly rates there are usually $200+.
If I had to choose one to go back to, I think I would go with the Vistana.
