Resorts decorated till when

I am thinking about taking advantage of the 35% off deal Jan 3. How long are resorts and parks decorated for Christmas? I can fly for $176 on Southwest and stay at POP for less than 400. Thanks

Normally, they keep most of the decorations in the parks until after the Marathon, which is a week before MLK. The resorts would start dismantling them fairly quick after new year's, the order being completely random.

This year, with the Marathon being cancelled, and all the other complications from the pandemic, who knows?

The only thing we do know is that A Taste of Festival of the Arts is starting January 8, which is much sooner than normal. That might signal that Disney is planning on removing decorations sooner than later.

Festival of the Holidays ends on NYE, so they could go down at Epcot that night.
