Resorts airline check in desk ?

Not sure who to tip when we use the airline check in. Do they pool there tips? or not? We usually have 2 people 1 working the computer and the other doing the bags. Or do you split it in half??

I wouldn't tip any of them. Do you tip the people at the ticket counter at the airport?

Now if bell services brings my bags to the Resort check in, I tip them.
If a Skycap at the airport helps with the luggage and I do curbside check-in, I tip the Skycap.
If I carry my luggage in and check-in myself, I tip nobody.

I tried to offer them both tips but they turned it down.

So maybe they aren't supposed to accept tips?

I treat it just like a skycap, but I only tip the one who is doing the most work, the most helpful, the leader?...you know what I mean?

I don't know if they split tips, like a restaurant, or maybe they rotate duties...but it only seems appropriate to me...

They are not airline employees so they are tipped like skycaps. They have even made the comment "this is like curbside check-in". One time I saw the person behind the counter put the tip into a box, so I assume they are pooled.
